It is rare, but if your item happens to arrive damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and your order number.

I will happily offer either:

• A replacement item
• A FULL refund if a replacement is unavailable, if the work is an original, or you simply prefer the refund over a replacement.

*I do not accept returns or refunds for buyers remorse, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packaging damage if the item is unaffected.
